My BlogWorld Strategy (And How You Can Get Involved)

I’m headed to the BlogWorld & New Media Expo in Las Vegas from October 14th – October 18th. It’s my first time to both BlogWorld, and Las Vegas. I’m super psyched.

I’m not only super psyched because I’m going, but also because I’ve got a BlogWorld attack plan. I could just go to the conference, enjoy my time, and be done. But that’s not how I roll. Instead, for those of you who can’t make it, I’m going to bring BlogWorld to you.

Here’s what you can expect to see from me while I’m at BlogWorld:

Live tweeting of sessions I attend. If you’re not following me on Twitter yet, then definitely do so you don’t miss out on important tips and tricks from some major blogging and social media rockstars.
I’m going to be live blogging the keynote speakers. I’ve never done live blogging before, but this seems like a great time to start.
I’m going to be posting daily recap blog posts here on LisaMorosky.com, with pictures and video, and including summaries of the sessions I attended, things I did and saw, people I met, important tips to pass on, etc.
I’ll be doing some exhibitor reviews, and perhaps some videos with exhibitors. I’ll be letting you know about the latest and greatest products and services.
I’ll be doing both a video review and a written review of the Cirque du Soleil show The Beatles LOVE. I was lucky enough to get free tickets in exchange for a review of the show.

You can say I’m ambitious. But I know what it’s like to not be able to go to the conferences and events everyone else is attending, and I don’t want my readers to be left out.

I don’t want to just cover what I’m interested in. I want to cover what you’re interested in. So here’s how you can get involved:

I’ve chosen two session time slots (one on Friday and one on Saturday), and you guys can vote on which session I attend during that time slot. Vote below.
I will live tweet these two sessions.
Not only that, I’ll video record portions of the sessions for you and make them available online for free.

Pretty sweet deal, I think. So get to voting below to make sure I cover the session you’re most interested in!

Perhaps in the future, It might also worth documenting the tools used to achieve your plan and any technical challenges faced.
